Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmaida
  2. 1 cuprava
  3. 1 cupbesan
  4. 1/4 spoonajviean
  5. To tastesalt
  6. As neededOil for deep fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add all ingredients and make it a dough.

  2. 2

    Now roll mini puri from prepared dough.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a wok and deep fry it till golden brown in a low flam.

  4. 4

    Remove from heat and let it cool.

  5. 5

    Store it in any airtight jar and enjoy it.
