Soak daal for 6 to 7 hrs

Grind the daal finely

Now in the daal put salt,hing,ginger,green chillies,coriander mix very well. Put a pinch of baking soda.

Now make Vadas deep fry them in oil.

Mix curd smoothly and put sugar,salt and jeera powder.

Now in a big bowl take lukewarm water and dip Vadas in it,press with your palm and remove excess water and put them in the curd.

Dahi Vadas are ready. When served sprinkle some roasted jeera powder and little red chilli powder.enjoy
