Ingredients

2 servings
  • 12-15Digestive biscuit
  • 1 cupHung curd
  • 2 tablespoonsHoney
  • 1/4 teaspoonVanilla essence
  • 2 tablespoonsMelted butter
  • 1bowlMix fruits chopped (Apple, papaya, pomegranate, banana)
  • 1tablespoonsMix nuts chopped (cashew nut, Almond, pistachios)

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a mixer jaar add biscuits and butter and make a coarse powder. Take out in a tart tray and set the mixture in the tart tray.

  2. 2

    Now keep it in the fridge for one hour.

  3. 3

    Now blend the curd nicely add Honey, venilla essence and mix well.

  4. 4

    Now add chopped nuts and chopped fruits into the curd and mix well.

  5. 5

    Now pour the curd mixture on biscuit tart and set for one hour in fridge.

  6. 6

    Cut into pieces and serve.
