Best way to serve dessert like this I did. I made this with ingredients Hung Curd, Jelly and 1 layered of krackkack biscuits. For Hung Curd I kept fresh curd (750gm) on muslin cloth and leave it on net strainer for overnight.

Ingredients

  1. 500 gmhung curd
  2. 3 tablespoonspowdered sugar
  3. 1 packetJelly powder
  4. 1 packetkrackjack biscuits
  5. 2 tablespoonsmelted butter
  6. As neededChopped dry fruits for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Take hung curd in mixing bowl add sugar and mix it well.Grind krackjack biscuits, takeout in bowl and mix it well in melted butter.

    Open jelly packet  and follow the instructions which given on packet but use 200ml water for perfect jelly.

    Take glasses set 1St layered of biscuits mixture.
    2nd layered of sweet hung curd and 3rd layered of Jelly on top and set it for 15minutes in refrigerator.

    Garnish with chopped dryfruits whatever you like. I used almonds, pistachios and raisins.
