Sabutdana khicadi cake

First soak the sabutdana in water for 1hour

In the meatime boil the potatoes.

Drain the water from the sabutdana and clean it by repeatedly washing the sabutdana with water.

Now put the 2-3spoon oil in kadai and add chopped dania,green chillies and masalae.Stir well.

Add the boiled aloo and mix well again.

Finally add the moist sabutdana and stir and again mix them well.

Take a small bowl and add the sabutdana khicadi in it.Fix well.

Turn it upside down and Your sabutdana khichadi cake is ready.

On top add some boondi and chillies flakes for decoration on top.

For decoration cut the lemon slices and put chopped green chillies on top of them and arrange all around the cake. Fix a small candle in between.
