Sieve the samolina in a bowl.

Add curd in it. mix properly & rest it for 10 min.

Add salt and pepper, cumin seeds, onion, capsicum and corriender leaves in it.

Add water and stir well.

Heat oil in a pan.

Drop the batter in the oil with the help of a spoon or with your hands.

Deep fry pakodas till they become golden & crisp.

Drain on absorbent paper.

Sprinkle chat masala on it.

Serve hot with green chutney.
