Ingredients

15 min
3-4 servings
  • 1 cupSemolina (suji or rawa)
  • Half cupCurd
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1finally chopped onion
  • 1 finally chopped capsicum
  • according to taste Salt
  • one tea spoonRed chilli powder
  • one tea spoonCumin seeds
  • hand fullCoriander leaves
  • Oil for frying
  • one tea spoon Chat masala

Steps

    Sieve the samolina in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Add curd in it. mix properly & rest it for 10 min.

  3. 3

    Add salt and pepper, cumin seeds, onion, capsicum and corriender leaves in it.

  4. 4

    Add water and stir well.

  5. 5

    Heat oil in a pan.

  6. 6

    Drop the batter in the oil with the help of a spoon or with your hands.

  7. 7

    Deep fry pakodas till they become golden & crisp.

  8. 8

    Drain on absorbent paper.

  9. 9

    Sprinkle chat masala on it.

  10. 10

    Serve hot with green chutney.
