Remove the outer cover of the arrow root

Cut to cubed pieces and wash

Chop onions and fry till golden brown

Add tomatoes,carrots and hoho
5

Add arrow roots and stir to mix.

Add 2 cups of water, Salt and royco cube

Cover to cook till tender and the water is almost diminished.
