Ingredients

  • 250 gmkhoya
  • 500 gmpaneer
  • 250 gmmatar
  • to tasteSalt according
  • 1 spoonKashmiri mirch
  • Half spoon turmeric powder
  • Half spoon dry coriander powder
  • Half spoon sugar
  • Half spoon Garam Masala
  • Half spoon kitchen king masala
  • 1 cuptomato paste
  • 1 cupmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Boiled the peas with salt and half spoon turmeric powder

  2. 2

    Another side take a pan with 4 spoon oil.

  3. 3

    Add Half spoon Garam masala then add tomato paste and cooked 5 minutes in low flame

  4. 4

    Then add all the spices and mix well

  5. 5

    Then add khoa and cooked it 5 minutes

  6. 6

    Cut the paneer in small cubes and add in pen

  7. 7

    Now add matar and half cup of milk..

  8. 8

    Add some water according to your taste and cook it 5 minute in low flame

  9. 9

    Garnish with coriander leaves..
