peal and mash the boiled potatoes

add the onions,ginger,green chillies,turmeric pwd,corriander powder,jeera pwd,amchoor pwd,salt,ajma and dry mint leaves

mix well and make small balls from the mixture

now in a bowl mix the gram flour,oil and water(as required) to form a medium dough

roll out small circles from the dough

place each ball of the mixture on a circle and close the edges

softly roll out into a bigger circle keeping it fat from the centre

in a non stick tawa heat 1 tsp of oil
- 9
when the tawa is hot put the paratha on it and cook on both sides

serve hot with curd,tomato ketchup or mint chutney
