1 bunchchopped spinach
2tomatoes
1onion
Cooking oil
Little salt

Break the eggs and whisk then heat the pan with cooking oil

Add onions and fry till translucent then add eggs. Cook for 5 mins then add tomatoes.

After cooked for 3 mins add spinach, Salt and one beef cube.

Mix the food then cool and serve
