2potatoes
1 cupcooking oil
left over salad
to tastesalt

Peel and clean the potatoes. Chop into chips shape and set aside

In a pan heat the oil and fry the chips till ready or brown and set aside.

Beat eggs in a bowl and add salt to taste

Fry the eggs evenly on both sides.

Fry the sausage.

Plate and enjoy with a glass of juice or tea
