  1. 1/2 cupflour
  2. 1egg or milk
  3. 1 cupseasoned or unseasoned breadcrumbs
  4. 1 canof tomato sauce
  5. 1shredded mozzarella cheese
  6. 4chicken breast
  7. 2 tbspgrated parmesan cheese

  1. 1

    mixed together grated parmesan cheese and bread crumbs in a bowl. if crumbs are unseasoned,add your own seasoning

    put egg or milk into another bowl and flour into another

  3. 3

    place chicken in flour and then in egg or milk and then in breadcrumbs

  4. 4

    put chicken in a oven safe dish and place in oven on 375 for 20 minutes, turning half way through

  5. 5

    after chicken is cooked, take out of oven and cover with tomato sauce first and then shredded mozzarella

  6. 6

    return the chicken to the oven for an additional 3 minutes or until cheese is melted

  7. 7

    serve with your choice of pasta
