1italian dressing packet
2 tbspolive oil
1bay leaf

season roast with salt and pepper

brown roast in pan with a little olive oil

add dressing and bay leaf

add roast to slow cooker cover with water

cover and cook on low 6 hours or on high for 4 hrs

remove roast and slice or shred
7

serve on rolls with sharp provolone cheese
8

or make with gravy and have opened face sandwiches
