2 tspvanilla
2eggs
1 cupsugar
1/2 cupBisquick mix
2 largepkg. cream cheese, cut into cubes and softened
Cheesecake Topping
1 cupsour cream
2 tbspsugar
2 tspvanilla

Steps

Blend milk, vanilla, eggs, sugar and baking mix in blender on high for 15 seconds.

Add cream cheese. Blend on high 2minutes.

Pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate.

Bake at 350°F until centre is set, 40-45 minutes.

Cool.

Combine cheesecake topping ingredients

Combine topping ingredients and spread carefully on top.

Serve with fruit.
