in bowl; 1/2 c corn starch,1/4 c broth and egg yolks.

dip chicken in batter.

brown in skillet 5 minutes each side.

after chicken is done, in same skillet stir remaining cornstarch salt, sugar, ginger,& broth

boil over medium heat, wisk often.

stir in lemon.
