scramble eggs and parmesan cheese

lightly saute the tomatoes and zucchini in olive oil

add egg mixture to the pan, sprinkle with oregano, and scramble the eggs until almost completely cooked through

top with mozzarella and cook until cheese is melted

serve with toast, bacon, or your other favorite sides
