  • 1 can10.75 condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cupsour cream
  • 1 cuppicante sauce
  • 2 tspchili powder
  • 2 cupchopped cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cupshredded montery jack cheese
  • 6 each6" flour tortillas
  • 1 eachsmall tomato
  • 1 eachsliced green onion

  1. 1

    heat oven to 350°. stir sour cream, soup, picante sauce and chili powder in a medium bowl.

  2. 2

    stir 1 cup soup mixture, chicken and cheese in large bowl

  3. 3

    divide chicken mixture among tortillas. roll up tortillas and place seam-side down in 11x7x2 baking dish. pour remaining soup mixture over tortillas. cover baking dish.

  4. 4

    bake 40 MIN or until enchiladas are hot and bubbling. top with tomato and onion.
