Steps

Peel the radish, and wash them well. chop them in to small chunks.

Take the radish leaves and wash them well in salt water and drain them in strainer.

Chop the leaves.

Take a pan, add 1/2 tsp of ghee/oil, add in mustard seeds, grated ginger, afther they splutter, add in the chopped vegetables and the leaves.

Mix well, add salt,sprinkle some water and cover will cook in 15 min. Eat with roti /dosa and as a side dish with rice.
