Ingredients

50 minutes
7 servings
  1. 1medium size chicken
  2. 3large tomatoes
  3. 1Large onion
  4. 2 tbspoil
  5. 1 handfulDania
  6. 1 tspcrushed garlic
  7. 1 tbsptomato paste
  8. 1 tbsproyco
  9. to tastesalt

Steps

50 minutes
  1. 1

    Divide the chicken into medium sizes.

  2. 2

    Put to boil with salt.

  3. 3

    Boil until soft. When soft. Add in oil. We use little oil because chicken produces its own oil

  4. 4

    Add in chopped onions and fry until soft.

  5. 5

    Then add in the chopped tomatoes and fry until they mash up. You can cover to make them easier to mash up.

  6. 6

    Then add in tomato paste. Stir in.

  7. 7

    Then add in water plus salt. Stir and allow to boil for 5 minutes.

  8. 8

    After 5 minutes add in the coriander. Then dissolve royco in 40 mls of water add to the cooking chicken.

  9. 9

    Boil for 5 minutes then serve.
