Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 lbChicken ( I use 4 skinless bonless chicken breasts & butterfly them)
  2. 1 canBroccoli cheddar soup
  3. 2 canCheddar cheese soup
  4. 2 packagesBags Frozen broccoli florets (i use green giant)
  5. 2 packagesRitz crackers (not whole boxes) CRUSHED LEAVE SOME WHAT CHUNKY
  6. 2 cupButter or margarine (i use I cant believe its not butter) MELTED

  1. 1

    Preheat oven on 350°

  2. 2

    Mix ritz & butter it should appear pasty

  3. 3

    Butterfly chx breasts and place in a large 2in deep baking pan GREASED

  4. 4

    Mix 1 can of broccoli cheese soup with 1 can of cheddar cheese soup and smother chicken

  5. 5

    Top all soup covered chicken with broccoli now top w soup mixture again (usually have to heat soup to cover broccoli)

  6. 6

    Top that with ritz by crumbling mixture on top

  7. 7

    Cover with aluminum foil back for an hour & a half

  8. 8

    Remove foil ten min before done to brown top cool ten min. & serve
