whip the cream until it's firm but not quite done

crumble the amaretto cookies and spoon through the whipped cream

wait until the chocolate has cooled down slightly

spoon the whipped cream with amaretto cookies through the chocolate but don't mix to give a marbled look

put into the refridgerator to let the mousse settle for 3 hours

serve with some whipped cream
