
Freakin's Friend's Raspberry Chocolate Shortbread Bars

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Line a 9x13" baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick baking spray.

Whisk Bisquick, brown sugar and butter in a large bowl.

For topping, transfer 1/4 cup of Bisquick mixture to a small bowl.

For crust, drizzle milk over remaining mixture and stir until evenly moistened.

Press evenly into pan.

Bake until edges brown, about 15 minutes.

For filling, microwave condensed milk and 1 cup of chocolate chips on high for 1-1 1/2 minutes. Stir until chips are melted and spread over crust.

Stir pecans into topping and sprinkle over chocolate.

Drop jam by 1/2 teaspoonfuls over topping.

Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup of chocolate chips.

Bake until filling is set, about 25 minutes. Cool. Lift from pan using foil.

Cut into bars.

Makes about 30 bars depending on the size you cut them.
