mix pancake mix as directed on box. blend together with fork and add sprinkles.

next add vanilla extract bend easily.

next butter a pan on the stove with low medium heat. make sure its not to high it will burn the party cakes.

pour into pan only 1/4cup of mix in pan and cook.

once cooked on one side cook on the other till done. serve with whipped cream or with cake or syrup for a fun treat any time of the day.
