Wash beetroot And tomatoes, cut beetroot in fine to enhance cooking. Put beetroot And tomatoes to cook in pressure cooker till 5 whistles

Sieve the paste properly

In a hot pan add butter and to it add the sieved soup,low flame suggested

Mix cornflour and water 3 tblspn and add it to pan stir well.

After 5 mins take off from flame,add black pepper and salt as pet your taste add crutons
