Ingredients

  • 3Diced Tomatoes (Large) or 1 Can of Diced Tomatoes
  • 1Onion
  • 3Garlic Cloves
  • 1.5 TbspOlive Oil
  • 1.5 TspPaprika
  • 1.5 TspMixed Herbs
  • 1.5 TbspSweet Chilli or Sugar
  • HandfulGrated Cheese
  • To TasteSalt & Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Dice Onion, Crush Garlic & Prep Spices

  2. 2

    Add the diced Onions, Garlic and half of the Olive Oil to a pot and saute

  3. 3

    When the Onions are translucent add the paprika and mixed herbs and mix in well

  4. 4

    After a few minutes add the Tomatoes. Slowly bring to the boil and keep stirring every now and then

  5. 5

    Add the Cheese and Sweet Chili and fold it into the sauce

  6. 6

    Blitz together and let it simmer for a few minutes

  7. 7

    Add the remainder of the Olive Oil and Salt and Pepper to taste
