Mix all above and and make stiff dough.

Now heat a pan with one mug oil.

Keep it in low flame.

Now roll mini Puri from prepared dough and start frying it.

Fry it in low flame from both sides till it tunrs to Golden in colour.

Remove from heat and let it cool.

Store it in any airtight container and enjoy.

It's self life is 2-3 months
