Homemade Chips
Chips! Healthier homemade chips, baked in the oven.
Steps

Heat oven to 190 degrees

Cut the potatoes in half, lengthways, and then cut into chip shaped pieces

Microwave for 5 minutes
- 4
Add the oil, stir until all covered, and spread on baking tray.
- 5
Bake in oven for 25 minutes, turning them over every 10 minutes.
- 6
Plenty of salt and vinegar, enjoy!
