2 cupmilk
1 cupsemisweet chocolatechips
1/4 cupfirmly packed brown sugar
1/2 stickbutter or margarine
4 slicefresh breadd
2 largeeggs

Pre at oven to 350.

Grease 1 qt. casserole dish.

Heat milk, chocolate, sugar and butter until melted.

Set aside.

Cut bread until 1 inch cubes and place nice casserol dish.

Beat eggs until blended.

Pour chocolate mixture into casserole dish.

Bake 30 minutes. Serve warm.
