  2. 1/2 cupbutter
  3. 3/4 cupbrown sugar
  4. 3/4 cupsugar
  5. 2eggs
  6. 1 tspbaking soda
  7. 1 tspsalt
  8. 1 tspvanilla
  9. 1 tbspKahlua
  10. 2 cuprolled oats
  11. 2 cupChocolate Chips
  12. 1 dashwalnuts (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat 375°F or 190 C

  2. 2

    Grease cookie sheets

  3. 3

    Cream Shortening, butter, sugars, and eggs together.

  4. 4

    Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Shape into balls.

  5. 5

    Bake for 10 -12 minutes.
