Heat oil in a Kadhai. Add garlic paste. Saute it. Add onion saute well.

Add all vegetables. Saute for 2-3 minutes. Add black pepper, salt & oregano. Mix well.

Once veggies cooked. Switch off gas.

Take two bread slices. Spread green chutney on one slice) tomato sauce on another. Place cooked veggies on one slice. Cover with another slice. Apply butter or oil on it. Grill it till golden brown & crispy.

Serve hot with tomato sauce & green chutney.
