Full of iron ,potassium, magnessium calcium, protien fiber and amino acid, do not take bajra aata in summers it is good in winters

Heat ghee/ butter in a pan and fry bajra aata and oats powder till aroma comes

Add jaggery and half cup water
- 3
Cook till wet halwa like consistency comes, cool
- 4
In a blender add this halwa and all the ingredients and churn
- 5
Healthy yummy smoothy is ready
- 6
You can also add strawberries, blue berries, cheeku etc
