Ingredients

25 minutes

4-5 servings

1red onion(finely chopped)
1white onion(chopped)
Cucumber(sliced)
250 gcabbage (finely chopped)
2tomatoes(cubed)
2 spoonsWorcester sauce
Pinchsalt
Sprinkle of black pepper
1 tinbaked beans
1\4 cup canola oil
1brenjal(cubed)

In a pan heat oil and fry onions,add cabbage stir and then add cucumber, brenjal and tomato then add salt and pepper for taste and continue cooking

Then add baked beans and Worcesters sauce and leave to simmer there serve
