Steps

Peel off the vain from the beans..keep the beans as they are

Parboil the beans.

Parboil the potato (optional)

Take 1 teaspoon olive oil in a non stick pan..

Add the potato.stir fry it for 2 to 3 minutes

Add the parboiled beans..add salt and pepper..stir fry it for another 3 to 4 minutes.

Serve it hot with roti or rice.
