  • 225 gbutter at room temperature
  • 150 gsugar
  • 420 gflour
  • 30 gcocoa powder
  • 1egg

Steps

10-15mins
  1. 1

    Cream butter and sugar.

  2. 2

    Add the egg and mix well.

  3. 3

    Add flour and cocoa powder and mix well to form a soft dough.

  4. 4

    Roll out the dough and cut into desired shape.

  5. 5

    Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 10-15 mins.
