once they are done, let them cool and then peel the skin off

cut 2 limes in half, squeeze juice into a bowl

chop onion finely and add into the bowl

add your salt to the bowl

finely chop your cilantro and put into the bowl

mix all the ingredients and add more salt if needed

place in the fridge for 1 hour before serving
