Coffee and honey cake

I am huge fan of coffee.Coffee anytime anywhere I learnt about coffee flavour from wanjiku during a cookout When we had a group cooking session and my group baked a coffee cake.
The aroma is everything in itself !!
This year I have been trying to go sugar free on everything and I decided to do the Same for my baking I used honey in place of sugar. Check out my simple simple recipe

Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees. Oil your tin with butter and put some flour to line your tin to prevent cake from sticking after baking.

Put the vegetable oil in bowl add honey and stir till it mixes evenly.

Break the eggs on a side bowl and add the coffee flavour to it and beat the egg for. 2 seconds.Add it to the oil and honey mixture.

To the mixture add flour and milk interchangeable until it creates a fine and between thick and thin mixture.

Your batter is ready. Pour it to an already prepared baking tin

Bake for 20 minutes test with a fork to see if it is all baked by porking in the middle.If it comes out clean then it is well baked.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove it from the pan and put it on a plate.

Serve with hot white coffee
