Steps

Combine the paneer atta 1/2 tsp cardamom powder powdered sugar in a mixing bowl.

Knead it thoroughly to a smooth and soft mixture.

Divide the mixture into equal portions.and shape each into flatten tikkis.keep aside

Heat a heavy bottom pan.add the milk and bring it to boil by stirring frequently..

Add sugar.add saffron and cardamom powder.And simmer the milk till it reduce to half.

Heat oil in a kadhai.And deep fry all the tikkis till it turn to golden brown.

Remove and drop it into hot milk

Once all the tikkis are added remove the milk from flame..

Serve chilled.
