Put the cabbage (or slaw mix), onions, sunflower seeds, almonds, sugar, oil, vinegar, and the contents of the two packages of Ramen Noodle flavoring into a large bowl.

Lightly toss the mixture until all ingredients are well mixed.

Just before serving, add the crushed Ramen Noodles (adds a great crunch!)

This recipe makes about 12 1-cup servings. It has a sweet/sour flavor, is very crunchy, and is delicious!
