Ingredients

  • 2 cupfresh strawberries, divided
  • 2/3 cupboiling water
  • 1 packagesjello, srawberry, 3 oz.
  • 1/2 cupcold water
  • 1 packagescool whip, 8 oz.
  • 1ready-to-use graham cracker crust, 6 oz.

  1. 1

    slice 1 cup strawberries and refrigerate for later

  2. 2

    chop remaining berries, set aside

  3. 3

    add boiling water to jello, stir for 2 minutes

  4. 4

    add enough ice to cold water to make 1 cup

  5. 5

    add to jello, stir til slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice

  6. 6

    whisk in cool whip

  7. 7

    stir in berries. refrigerate 20_30 minuted until thickened and spoon into pie crust

  8. 8

    refrigerate 6 hours , top with berries when served
