Ingredients

  1. 2tubes (8 ounces)refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  2. 1 lbsliced or shredded swiss cheese
  3. 1 1/4 lbsliced deli corned beef (chopped)
  4. 1 can(14 ounce) sauerkraut, rinsed amd well drained
  5. 2/3 cupthousand island salad dressing
  6. 1egg white, beaten

Steps

  1. 1

    unrolled 1 tube crescent dough

  2. 2

    seal seams and perforations of long rectangle

  3. 3

    press on greased 9x13 baking dish

  4. 4

    bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown

  5. 5

    layer with half of the cheese and all of the corner beef.

  6. 6

    combine sauerkraut and salad dressing, spread over beef

  7. 7

    top with remaining cheese.

  8. 8

    on a lightly floured board press or roll second tube of crescent roll into a 13x9 rectangle

  9. 9

    seal seams and perforations

  10. 10

    place over cheese.

  11. 11

    brush with egg whites

  12. 12

    bake 12-16 minutes or until heated through and crust is golden brown.

  13. 13

    let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
