Making ganache from scratch is a lot of work, so I used mini bell-shaped castellas. I only had a few lollipop sticks at home, so in a hurry I used Toppo sticks. I'm quite proud of my daughter for refraining from eating these until the very end.I was careful not to move the chocolates while they were still cooling and hardening. Even if they look somewhat clumsy, I think that these would be good for Valentine's Day gifts for children or your friends. Recipe by Hidemi mama
