Ingredients

  1. 1 packagessoftened or room temp cream cheese
  2. 1/2 cupsour cream
  3. 1 cupchicken broth
  4. 3 lbred potatoes thinly sliced
  5. 3/4 cupchppoed smoked ham (optional)
  6. 1 packageskraft shredded cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven at 350

  2. 2

    spray 13x9 Backing dish

  3. 3

    mix cream cheese, sour cream and broth in large bowl until well blended

  4. 4

    add poratoes and ham

  5. 5

    add 1 3/4 cup of cheese

  6. 6

    pour into bsking dish

  7. 7

    read remainng cheese (1/4 cup) over top

  8. 8

    bake for 1 hour or until potatoes or tender
