4 servings

1 lbpork,veal or beef
2 tbspfat
1 cupcelery cut in 1 pieces
1 cuponions silced
1/2 tspsalt
1 dashof pepper
1 cupwater
2 1/2 cup1 no. 2 can bean sprouts
1/4 cupsoy sauce
3 tbspcorn starch
1/4 cupwater

brown the meat in hot fat in the mirromatic

add celery, onions, salt, pepper and water

cover, set control at 10 and cook for 10 minutes after control jiggles

cool pan 5 minutes, then reduce pressure instanly

add bean sprouts and simmer in open pan for 3 minutes

add soy sauce. mix well

thicken with corn starch mixed in cold water. cook 1 minute. serve with hot rice
