Ingredients

1sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
1 packagescook type vanilla pudding
1 cancoconut milk
1basket strawberries, cleaned and sliced
1powdered sugar

heat oven to 400

spray Pam on cookie sheet

on a lightly floured surface, roll out pastry. cut into 1/3rds. place on cookie sheet and bake 15 mins. cool.

make the pudding using coconut milk . cool.

slice pastries into squares.

layer pastry, pudding, strawberries
7

dust tops with sugar and additional strawberries. chill.
