Ingredients

  1. 1 lblouis rich turkey sausage
  2. 1 largeOnion chopped
  3. 1 tbspVegetable oil
  4. 1 packagesAugratin potatoes
  5. 2 1/2 cupHot water
  6. 1/4 tsppepper
  7. 4 mediumcarrots, cut in strips(about 2 cups)
  8. 1 packagesfrozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
  9. 2 cupshredded cheddar cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut sausage in half inch pieces

  2. 2

    Cook sausage and onions in oil about 5 min. til tender

  3. 3

    stir in potatoes, sauce mix, water, carrots and pepper

  4. 4

    Heat to boiling

  5. 5

    Reduce heat

  6. 6

    Cover and simmer until carrots and potatoes are tender

  7. 7

    About 10 minutes

  8. 8

    Stir in broccoli and cheese

  9. 9

    Cook til broccoli is heated and cheese is melted
