Ingredients

  1. first layer
  2. 1 cupflour
  3. 1/2 cupchooped nuts
  4. 1/2 cupmargarine (softened)
  5. second layer
  6. 8 ozcream cheese
  7. 1 cupicing sugar
  8. 1 cupcool whip or whipped whipping cream
  9. third layer
  10. 2 packagesinstant pudding (chocolate, pistachio, lemon, butterscotch, etc.)
  11. 3 cupcold milk
  12. topping
  13. 1whipped whipping cream

Steps

  1. 1

    the first layer: combine and press in a 9x13 pan. bake for 20 mins for 350*F.

  2. 2

    the second layer: mix together and spread on cooled first layer

  3. 3

    third layer: mix together. pour over second layer.

  4. 4

    cover with whipped whipping cream and garnish with toasted almonds or coconut
