Easy Moist Chocolate Cake With Chocolate Ganache

Ingredients

  1. 125 gramsbutter
  2. 1 cupcastor sugar
  3. 2eggs
  4. 1/3 cupcocoa
  5. 1/2 tspbicarbonate of soda
  6. 1 cupwater (room temperature)
  7. 1 1/2 cupself-raising flour
  8. 200 gramsslab of chocolate
  9. 155 gramscanned dessert cream

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat Oven to 180°F Celsius

    Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy

  3. 3

    add eggs and beat well

  4. 4

    Sift cocoa, bicarb of soda and self raising flour into mixture

  5. 5

    Beat for abt 2mins until all ingredients combined

  6. 6

    Add 1cup of water and beat well

  7. 7

    Pour into greased cake tin

  8. 8

    Bake for 20 mins or until skewer comes out clean

  9. 9

    All cake to cool for about 20 mins

  10. 10

    Place tinned cream in a small saucepan and heat on stove...melt chocolate in cream on stove top and pour over cake

  11. 11

    Decorate as desired
