Boil water with ginger, set aside to cool down

Beat eggs completely

Pour ginger water into eggs

Sift the egg mixture once with a slotted spoon

Evenly pour into 4 small bowls

Steam egg for 10 minutes in a steamer with boiling water

keep it in the steamer at least 20 minutes
