  • avocado
  • 2avocado
  • 1white onion
  • 2peeled tomato
  • 50 mlolive oil
  • 1chili pepper
  • 2 mltabasco sauce
  • 1salt n pepper
  • 20 mllemon juice
  • 2 tbspparsley

  1. 1

    peel avocado and smash them with olive oil and lemon juice untill its creamy

  2. 2

    chop onions and dice the seedless tomatos and add it to the avocado mash

  3. 3

    deseed the chili pepper, chop it and add to mixture

  4. 4

    add in the chopped parsley
