1 cupoyster sauce
1 clovegarlic
3/4sugar

Slice steak

chop garlic
3

Heat pan spray with non stick spray
4

Add steak and garlic cook low till meat is brown
5

Add oyster sauce and sugar let simmer (adjust to your liking )
6

Add veggies (depending on how you like your veggies that's how long you cook)
7

Serve with white rice.
